Let's talk.

The Masterclass for Students

Ages 5–7 · Kindergarten–1st Grade · Six weeks

Mini Manners

A gentle first introduction to kindness, respect, and getting along with others. Over six weeks, your child builds the foundation that everything else grows from — learning that good manners aren't rules to memorize, but ways to make the people around them feel valued. At this age, learning happens through play. Sessions use interactive games, hands-on crafts, role-play, and storytelling to introduce foundational etiquette in a fun, engaging way that holds short attention spans.

What your child will take away:
- The everyday courtesies — please, thank you, excuse me — and why they matter
- How to greet someone warmly, with a smile and real eye contact
- Table Manners, Dining Etiquette, and Protocol
- Listening without interrupting, and waiting for their turn to speak
- Sharing, kindness, and how to offer a sincere apology

Ages 7–10 · 2nd–4th Grade · Six weeks

Junior Manners

As children step into wider social worlds, they're ready to understand the why beneath good manners — not just what's polite, but how respect and kindness shape every friendship and first impression. This six-week course builds confidence and considerateness in equal measure. Lessons combine interactive exercises, group activities, and creative projects to teach social skills and etiquette, keeping kids actively involved rather than just listening.

What your child will take away:
- A real understanding of respect, and how manners help us get along
- Polite introductions and greetings, made with poise
- Table Manners, Dining Etiquette, and Protocol
- Being a genuine listener and a thoughtful conversation partner
- Everyday kindness, helping without being asked, and apologizing with grace

The tween years are when friendships get more complicated, screens enter the picture, and your child starts navigating social situations on their own. This six-week course meets them right there — building the communication skills, dining confidence, and everyday consideration that help them move through a widening world with self-assurance and kindness.

What your child will take away:
- An understanding of how manners build trust and stronger friendships
- Table Manners, Dining Etiquette, and Protocol
- Real conversation skills — asking questions, listening, staying engaged
- How to disagree calmly and respectfully, without losing the friendship
- Responsible, kind behavior online, and the basics of a good digital footprint
- The habit of gratitude, including the lost art of the thank-you note

Manners for Tweens

Ages 9–12 · Grades 4–6 · Six weeks

Manners for Teens

Middle school is where social dynamics get real — and where the habits that shape a young person's reputation begin to set. This six-week course takes the foundation your teen already has and deepens it: empathy that powers genuine communication, emotional intelligence in the face of conflict, and a thoughtful handle on the online reputation they're starting to build. It's the bridge between childhood manners and the poise they'll carry into high school and beyond.

What your teen will take away:
- How strong manners shape friendships, school life, and how others see them
- Table Manners, Dining Etiquette, and Protocol
- Communication rooted in empathy and real, active listening
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to resolve conflict calmly
- Thoughtful management of their online reputation and digital footprint
- Early leadership, initiative, and the habit of genuine gratitude

Ages 11–14 · Grades 6–8 · Six weeks

Capstone Manners

The final, crowning tier of the program — and the one with the highest stakes. These are the years that shape what comes next: college applications, scholarship interviews, first jobs, and the impressions that open doors. This six-week course prepares your teen for every one of those moments, turning good manners into real-world readiness and leadership. They'll leave knowing how to walk into any room — an interview, a formal dinner, a networking event — and carry themselves with poise and purpose.

What your highschooler will take away:
- First impressions that land — for interviews, applications, and formal events
- A confident self-introduction and a polished elevator pitch
- Professional communication: networking, active listening, speaking with clarity
- Formal and business dining etiquette, navigated with ease
- A thoughtfully managed digital reputation, ready for colleges and employers
- Conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and the early marks of leadership

THE LAUNCH

The Launch is an intensive workshop designed to prepare teens for the opportunities and expectations that await beyond high school. In a supportive but sophisticated environment, participants develop the skills, presence, and self-confidence needed for college, career, and beyond. Rather than relying on templates or scripts, The Launch helps young adults discover and articulate their own story, build a polished professional foundation, and approach interviews, applications, and new opportunities with a clear sense of who they are and where they're headed.

What they take away:
- A confident self-introduction and a genuine elevator pitch
- How to walk into any room, an interview, campus visit, or networking event, and make a strong impression
- The story behind a compelling college application and how to tell it in an essay
- Interview skills for college and a first job, including how to handle challenging questions
- A first resume and a clean, professional online presence
- Networking strategies, thoughtful follow-up, and thank-you notes that set them apart

- The casual and full place setting, and what each piece is for
- Proper utensil use, including resting position and the “outside-in” rule
- Napkin etiquette: placement, pauses, and leaving the table
- How to be a gracious guest: arriving, waiting, and thanking a host

- Handling small mishaps and unfamiliar foods with ease and confidence

- Navigating a menu, ordering well, and pacing with the table
- Business and interview dining: when to talk business, what to order, who pays
- Hosting and guesting with grace; toasting and thanking
